Wiring diagram for a 5way rotary?

Im wiring an old Vox for 3 single coil pickups with a 5way rotary, 2 tone, 1 volume. I'm looking to wiring it the same as a strat, but I'm not too familiar with rotary switches. Does anybody have a wiring diagram that is at least close to this combination? Any help would be greatly appriciated

I have a wiring diagram for 2 and 4 positions in series not in parallel if that interests you; I believe Strat pups are by default in parallel at positions 2 and 4.

My diagram will give you the following pickup combinations:

Neck only
Neck and Middle Series
Middle only
Bridge and Middle Series
Bridge only
