The diagram for your requirements will probably have to be cobbled together from elements of several separate diagrams. The obvious place to begin looking is the Support area of the Fender website. What function(s) are you expecting the S-1 switch to perform on a Fender Clapton Stratocaster?

Over the years, the EC Strat has been available with either Lace Sensor or Fender Noiseless pickups and with different numbers of conductor wires per pickup. Some of the coil combinations offered via the S-1 switch on a Fender Deluxe American Stratocaster require three conductor pickups. Which do you have?

Take the pickups, selector switch and S-1 elements from a Deluxe American Stratocaster diagram. Ignore the connections to the two tone controls.
Take the pots and PCB elements from a Clapton signature Stratocaster diagram.
With your SSL-1/-1/-5 pickups, noise could be a problem.

In my opinion, the main deal with the S-1 switching is the five additional sounds acheived by connecting the coils differently to a regular Stratocaster. Connecting two adjacent pickups in series boosts the output, particularly in the midrange. Er, isn't this precisely what the EC Strat can do already?

FF, you make a very good point. So good that I'm not sure the work it would take to wire the S-1 into the EC sytem is worth it. In your opinion, how do two parallel single coils played together with mids boosted compared to your basic humbucker output?

The output from a pair of single coils, in parallel, plus mid-boost could easily equate to a vintage-to-medium output humbucker. Tone comparisons are a different matter.

A boosted Stratocaster is a boosted Stratocaster. A Gibson type guitar with humbuckers is a different animal.
Compare EC playing Cream songs live on a Gibson versus him recreating them on a signature Strat. The playing is obviously the same man but the details in the sound are different.
