Wiring Diagram Needed

Okay, so I'm redoing an old Strat to be a HH guitar but I don't want to sacrifice knobs or have 2 tone knobs. I need a wiring diagram for the following setup:

Two humbuckers (4 lead)
Two volumes
One tone
5-way switch

The 5-way switch I want to have the following settings

1 - Full bridge
2 - Outer coils
3 - Full bridge + Full neck
4 - Neck in parallel
5 - Full neck

Not quite. I want two volumes and position 4 should be the neck in parallel.

FYI: a normal 5 way switch cannot give you the 5 poitions you requested. It will need to be a 5 way superswitch.

As far as diagrams go, have you checked site guitarelectronics.com ? Another site to check: http://www.deaf-eddie.net/drawings/drawings.html
