Wiring for homemade Dave Murray loaded pickguard

I have a Hot Rails in the bridge position of my 2012 MIM Strat, and really like it. I'm not that happy with the other two (stock) pickups, so I ordered a Hot Rails for the neck and a JB Jr. for the middle, to just make it into a "Dave Murray" Strat. I'm wondering if there is a wiring diagram I can provide to the tech who will install the pickups for me. I initially thought it would be this one ("3 single coil sized humbuckers, 1 volume, 2 tone, 5 way blade"):

But I saw this post about the Dave Murray pickguard, and it shows a picture of a slightly different wiring diagram:

What's the difference between these? For example, the white wire of the middle pickup goes to a different place.

Just use the first one. That's the same as the official Fender drawing for the sig strat.
