I wired up a tele with a custom stack in the neck and little 59 in the bridge. 3-way blade. Push-pull tone pot to split the bridge. I wired it up just like the attached wiring diagram, with one exception. I didn't connect the red/white to the push-pull because I don't want to split the neck. I soldered those two together and heat-shrunk them.
When I plugged it in, the 59 in the bridge works as expected. When I switch to the custom stack, I get a faint signal with the tone all the way up, but the signal disappears when the tone is rolled off.
Can anyone help me out with an idea of what is going on?
