Wiring HSH 5way 1vol 1tone split hb 2mini toggles

I need a schematic for this wiring. Basically I'm trying to get a combination strat and les paul with the exception of getting both humbuckers with the middle selection. I just want the middle selection going to my single coil.

I'll use a 5way and two mini toggles. Mini toggles are for splitting the buckers only.

you could do this with only one DPST mini toggle (instead of one SPST mini toggle each for n and b)

with a push/pull, you could get combinations of n+b in pos three (alternating with m only)

Thanks. One question though. Why is one hb and the sigle ground wired together or does it make a difference?

Also could you give me the diagram for the dpst plus a push pull? I need something little more detailed as I am wiring illiterate.

I think I might have confused you also. While splitting the hb I want to use the 5way in the normal way of a strat. In other words I want to be able to split either hb and use position 2 or 4 to combine the bridge and center.

no, i am not confused - i figured as much - and this pic does what you want .. the 5 way works like a normal strat 5 way and the humbuckes can either be split or not depending on if you hit the toggle or not

and yeah, it doesnt matter where you ground to as long as you make sure that all the grounds are common with the sleeve of the output jack

as for the push/pull, you'd also have to be sure you could use a superswitch instead of a normal strat 5 way
