Wiring problem: is it my connections, or my schematic?

Superswitch 5 way
1. Neck
2. N+M
3. M
4. M+B
5. Bridge

Phase switch for Neck humbucker (old style bucker)
Series/Parallel switch for Bridge
2 tone (dual stacked concentric)
1 master
1 blend (to get N+B or B+N)

Problem: When the series/parallel is engaged I'm getting dead switch positions and the blend pot doesn't work with it.
Do I need to adjust my homemade schematic (attached) or did I just wire something wrong? I tried to avoid ground loops.

Re: Wiring problem: is it my connections, or my schematic?

In which mode of the series/parallel switch do the problems occur? (I expect series mode to have the dead selections.)

As per your schematic diagram, the blend pot is a permanent series link between the two hot conductors of the humbuckers - regardless of the selector switch position.

So, you are getting N ground > coils > N hot > B hot > first B coil > S/P switch > second B coil > ground. Ground to ground. No signal.

You have drawn one too many lines between the middle pickup and the green pole of the selector switch.

Photographs of your actual guitar wiring, please. These might help to explain things better than a diagram alone.

Ty for the reply. I finally found my problem. It was connections in the superswitch(need to invest in a multimeter so I don't make these types of mistakes). I'm still gonna have to change the wiring a good bit, because there is a grounding issue with my series/parallel switch as well.
