So, I know that I havn't posted here in a bazillion years and most of you probably dont have a clue who I am. But, I think it's about time I got Seymourized. A while ago I was just about to buy some SD pickups (SH6 set) and I asked the shop I was at if they had the 21 day return policy that SD says that they offer on their site. They said that they didn't. I was under the assumption that the policy applied to any Seymour Duncan pickup in the country? Were these guys just BSing me?

Yes. If they tell you they won't honor the policy, shop elsewhere. I'd recommend one of the guys on here.

The 21 Day Exchange is available in the USA (and some other countries I believe) when you purchase from an authorized dealer. If you need to use the return policy, the pickups can be returned either to the dealer or directly to SD with an RMA#.

im planning for an exchange, how do i get an RMA number besides calling 805-964-9610?
can i get thru email instead of calling the number indicated in the registration card?
