Woody XL acoustic pick-up - the best soundhole pickup?

Hi everyone, I see that 'Acoustic' magazine rated the Woody XL the winner in their soundhole pickup multi-test (Shadow SH145 vs Dean Markley Promag Gold vs Fisherman Neo-D vs Woody XL) and I have to say it looks great!

I just wondered if anyone here has tried the XL? And what's the difference between this and the HC and SC??

I haven't tried them, but the SC, is single coil...the HC is a stacked humbucker, and the XL is a stacked humbucker with adjustable pole pieces IIRC.
