Maybe paint a white cover, or tint a red cover. How well does a standard single coil cover fit? Find someone with a 3D printer?

Wipe those down with acetone
Rattle can to taste

I can still use the two of them in my Nashville Tele Thinline style with a maroon tele bridge stack so maybe I'll do that

I know our Custom Shop has made/dyed many covers and bobbins...perhaps you can get a price from them? It would be worth it...and it won't take 3 years. I'd offer to send your covers in to color match.

They should bring back maroon as a Shop Floor Custom option....
