WTB: TonePort / BlackBox / POD / Silent Playing + Recording Rig

Just moved to D.C., can't play through an amp here (apartment life again), need a way to play with headphones and preferably record too.

I'm looking for a Line6 TonePort UX# ideally, but a POD, BlackBox, V-AMP, et. al. are welcome.
