WTB: Trembucker spaced Custom or PATB

I want to replace the Dimebucker in my guitar.
I am looking for one of the following (in Trembucker spacing):
Custom 5
Custom Custom
PATB-1
PATB-2
Full Shred - Bridge model

I don't want a cover on the pickup.
It must have at least 9-10" of lead.

I am in Hawaii, but the USPS flat rate Priority Mail box prices apply to all of the US, so shipping is a breeze and under $10.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
