You get the first listen, here's everything by my rock/blues trio.

aweesomenesszzz!! I dig. very zeppelinesque. Reminds me some of jam bands like the Austin jam band Tia Carrera

or maybe Brutus, Greenleaf or Kadavar

Has a serious Cream vibe. I dig it!

Re: You get the first listen, here's everything by my rock/blues trio.

Good stuff - I think my fav was Black Mountain.

Thanks for the support guys, I think I'm going to get 3-4 more tunes together and start cutting a record.

I know it seems very jam-y but that's the idea, we want to let it all out, it's going to separate us from our peers.

Damn dude, your drummer is awesome.

Good stuff, looking forward to hearing it all nicely recorded and sung and what not.

That was most enjoyable! Not sure about that last song; doesn't fit the gestalt of the rest of the tunes.

Holy ****, your drummer is SICK. It will be fun to hear this stuff come together. I love the concept behind "Fuss Fuzz" and those lead lines fit perfectly towards the beginning.

Thank you for your kind words.

I wouldn't play with another drummer!

We're going to put out a 4 or 5 song ep ASAP. It's a matter of getting together and setting up the gear. It will be recorded live. (scary!)

We're going to do great. I'm a little worried about the soloing, after a while I lose track of myself and end up playing without giving it much thought but its only after a 15 minute or so warm up.

Re: You get the first listen, here's everything by my rock/blues trio.

Damn Glenn. You've improved a ton. Nice playing.

Thanks Andrew.

I still feel a little inadequate. I've always thought that the best way to improve as a musician was to perform with players better than you at what they do.

The rhythm section of this trio is really bringing out the best of me as a player, but I still feel like I have so much growth to do. Maybe one day I'll be as good a musician as my drummer, I had never witnessed virtuosity before.

Re: You get the first listen, here's everything by my rock/blues trio.

We're making a comeback, currently actually recording material. I've given up on being the singer for the most part, we're currently searching for a Robert Plant/Steven Tyler type.

Welcome back. You may want to look ino using a session guy...

You'll need a pantechnicon to transport all of the drugs, booze and groupies.

Wow -- I love the rawness of the lead playing on black mountain. Great sound/vibe too. Will definitely be checking out the rest of these tracks based on the impression that left on me.
