You get the first listen, here's everything by my rock/blues trio.

Wow -- I love the rawness of the lead playing on black mountain. Great sound/vibe too. Will definitely be checking out the rest of these tracks based on the impression that left on me.

Thank you for your kind words, I honestly believe it's not at the top of my ability, I can hear that I was mostly lost because we didn't even agree on an arrangement. We kind of said "these are the riffs" and the drummer just started playing.

I'm trying to find a more refined sound, closer to a Plexi kind of lead sound and farther away from the "metal" scooped mids tone currently favored by other musicians in Puerto Rico.

It's a good time to aspire to guitar heroics; Guns N Roses is coming back. Lead playing is coming back. People here love Guns, maybe we can hop on that train in a sense if we get to playing once again.

I have to admit I do have a bag of riffs laying around, I'm not sure how many of them are actually worth anything though. I guess self doubt is the strongest form of paralysis.

We're called Moltres. Like the Pokemon, you know, the Phoenix one? It sounded epic enough to match our loudest moments

It also has the word "three" in spanish, we are a trio. Moltres.

We're going to be having some rehearsals in which we're going to discuss some new material as well as some plans of what we can pull off on the island. The music scene in PR is very weak right now. Many "artists", not so many musicians. A blues mentality to soloing is something very scarce here. I'm thinking that it might help me take a step foward in the line up of potential professional guitarists here.

I think my new Les Paul will definitely make a mark as well. It's tone is staggering. The cleanest and meanest axe I have ever owned in my entire life. I think we're ready to leave a mark.
