Eh....2 grand for the parts, another grand or so for a good luthier to finish the job and put components together (give and take a little) and you've got a guitar that'll probably smoke anything that comes out of the Nashville plant on any given day.
But then again I still maintain that the best deals in Les Pauls at this day and age have a Japanese accent to them....
