Out of all the guitars I've played, I'd have to say a Custom/historic '59LP. The one I played was featherlight and sounded godly.
Special runner's up mention to the PRS McCarty soapbar and my MIJ '57 ri strat.

since I've finally got aquianted with p-90 guitars today I've got a new dream axe.
So my dream guitar would probably be(assuming I can have other guitars too) an all original 54 GT.
this ones just an RI which I can realistically see myself getting, or maybe a 52 conversion to a 54 with a neck reset and new wraparound.

id have a jackson custom shop piece... umm.. rhoads body, white with pinstripes, gold hardware, Dimebucker in the bridge, distortion neck, original floyd rose, i like alder so i guess alder.. hmm... reverse headstock, the logo inlaid in the headstock, rosewood fretboard.. pirahna teeth inlays... lol ive thought about it, but i need to get good before i can even think of saving up that much $$$

i have my dream guitar already. I had my mind on one for as long as I've been playing. 17 years. Finally got one in march...
I would take almost any variation of an American Bich. Supreme, 10-string, 12-string, archtop... This was a find and a half for me. Great deal great guitar. Love the finish and the flame and it has all the bells and whistles (full active electronics package) that I wanted as well. But you can never have too many...
I'd also say this was a dream as well

i would have to say i have more than one dream guitar, for starters a Gibson Custom LP, Ibanez JS series, RG Prestige Series, Jackson Soloist Series and maybe the ultimate dream is to own THE Frankenstrat owned by Ed Van Halen...

If I went to the local music store I'd be hard to pressed to maintain any sort of GAS, The only thing that appeals to me in any sort of way is an aftermarket strat body the manager's selling me under the table, which I'm turning into a s-h-h baritone.
