But seriously, a nice Ormsby custom. Fanned frets, HSH, Korina body, Madagascar Rosewood neck, maple fretboard, AAAAA flamed maple top, and a Trem King

I'd drop 4000 on that.

Then see if I could pick up one of these.. anywhere for another few K, or perhaps find someone capable of cloning one.

Then I'd put the rest away to pay for university loans (which I don't have yet but I have to take out some this year) and use the rest to live in relative comfort with whatever job I enjoy for the rest of my life.

Your Lotto win Guitar

First, would try to find a guitar that was used by Dimebag. Dean or Washburn don't care. Next:

59 les Paul burst
Jackson custom shop (One of every model)

Re: Your Lotto win Guitar

Warmoth Tele and Strat
I'd try to track down another Acetone stack
And finally just for something different Matt Bellemys signature Mason guitar with Kaoss pad

Gibson Custom Shop VOS SG Standard and pimp it with a Brobucker Bridge and Pearly Gates Neck
Jaydee Old Boy SG
David Gilmour's Black Strat (I think I get under a few mil since Guitar Center got Blackie for 1 mil)
Gibson Custom Shop Jimmy Page Black Beauty VOS
A few Marshal 1959 SLPs with Straight Cabinets. **** YOU SLANTED CABINETS!!!!!!

Re: Your Lotto win Guitar

I always liked the Gibson DG-335... maybe I'd buy of those. As far as semi-hollows are concerned, I also dig the hell out of the Duesenberg that Sascha Paeth played in Avantasia's "Dying for an Angel" video.

If I had that kind of money to spend on a guitar, I would probably also contact Peter Crossley. I've always admired his work, and it'd be awesome to own one of his creations.

Re: Your Lotto win Guitar

If I had all the money in the world, no way in heck would I be getting a modern guitar.

These would be on my 1st to buy list, hands down:

- 1954 Fender Stratocaster - early sunburst finish.

- 1958 Gibson ES-335 - natural finish.

- 1954 Gibson Les Paul Custom

Re: Your Lotto win Guitar

Definitely not a stock, off the shelf guitar.
Gotta be a custom made instrument.
I'd be thinking along the lines of a custom made Ibanez RG 7 string style guitar.
Wont bore you to death with the specs I'd choose though

Re: Your Lotto win Guitar

I'd pay PRS a small fortune to make me a left-handed Private Stock Custom 22, but instead of the usual headstock logo there would be an inlay of me teabagging Paul Smith. The 12th fret would have an inlay saying "LEFTIES RULE, PRS SUCKS". I would then sell it on Craigslist for $1.
