Zakk Wylde has his own guitar and amp company now

I like the headstock on the LP-a-like but the body... Looks like they tried to hard to make it evil.

They tried too hard with the sg/v thing, not hard enough with the paul. Hardly looks different enough to turn anyone over but looks different enough to turn people away.

That's not much of a suspicion. These guitars very likely come from the same factory (World Music I think?), and so they're not really 'rebrands' per say. Just built at the same place. LTDs, Strandberg OS, Chapman, Schecters, all come from the same place, use the same timber pieces, are built by the same people.
Quite likely Marshall's outsources its overseas production, and that same factor is building ZW's amps too.

If you dig around you can find pics of the guitar headstocks showing the serial number. Its has the SGR logo and a made in korea mark. Using the SGR on the back makes me think they are more rebrands than just sharing the same factory... but its all washes out the same. Its possible that just cause they are prototypes they were given the SGR numbers

The lower horn on the LP-copy looks like a thumb pointing "the other way"...

I hope the best for the Dude. Not diggin the designs though. I can accept the V but not a fan of the peg head.
He reminds me of some of the dudes I used to ride with on occasion back in the day.

I'd love to try the amps if they're anything like his JCM800 (probably not, didn't watch the clips, laying in bed).

Those guitars on the other hand... Barf... Hideous

Yeah, I'm hoping the best for the amps, myself.
