Update: replacement skin core install accomplished the other night successfully. I need to finish up some fine trimming around the edges before it is 100% complete - and needed to buy a fresh hobby knife before tackling that.

Will finish, post the pics and a writeup about how the install went in a few days. Targetting this weekend to get it done.
