In the light of the poor reporting and contradictory statements of victory by the attorneys for both sides ("well, he got the chair for murder but I got him off the over 2 ounces of weed charge, and thats a victory" kind of thing), could somebody actually spell out in simple terms who won and lost what?

Dean doesn't really make any non-locking trim guitars, so non issue.

I can't say I've noticed a tuning issue with my Dean. I keep the slots clean and filed smooth so there is no binding anywhere. Same with my Gibson.
