I haven't tried it yet, but suppose I ran an A/B pedal with A going to the High Gain input and B going to the Low Gain input? Or if the M13 can do its own internal switcheroo so I can route cleans out of one Output into the Low Gain input and Dirt to the High Gain input?

Or is the amp set up so you can only run either/or, and it defaults to one or the other if both inputs are occupied?

Worse, would it break something if I ran into both at once?

Unfortunately that won't work since both inputs default to low gain if they're both occupied.

Ah. Ok, thanks. I'm sure there's a mod to turn each input into a pseudo 2-channel amp.

At any rate, might go back to the other idea of using just the power section for cleans and the boosted front-end for dirt. If for some reason I find I want a little bit of dirt in the clean, I can just turn on a pedal for that.
Gotta go through the M13 manual.
