well after trying the new marshalls and them not working out for me i decided to go a different way. it just got here today and i have put a couple of hours of play time on it so far i like it.

i was alittle worried when i bought it. there isnt a place around here that carries anything this high end. i had heard that the cleans werent that good and that the distortion was super heavy on these. but i actualy like the clean its not a fender clean. but more full bodied like marshall cleans. and the gain is pretty high but to me its no higher than some of the hi-gain you can get on the JVM or with mesa. so far i am really enjoying the amp. i will know more tomorrow when i get my guitars back from being set up. its a new 07 model. the only things that got me where it doesnt have corner caps like most other amps i have owned. and after a few minutes of playing it kinda smelled like something was burning. but i looked it up online and it said something about tube burn in. so that made me feel better i was starting to think i was very unlucky with amps.

I don't know what kind of music you like to play and listen ,but that baby is one of the most brutal amp on mother earth!
That thing is a gift for low tuned guitars ,7 strings and other extended range instrument!
Wich cab are you going to use with it?I heard only Bogner Cabs give that baby the full range...

i will be using it with my marshall cab. i wouldnt mind having a bogner cab to match it. but it sounds good with the marshall. so i will leave it for now. i might try different speakers one day though. they told me my cab had vintage 30's but its the vintage 75's.

well maybe x pattern may help since Reinhold did it for the Uber cabs!

I think Bodner uses a G12t75 and V30 x pattern in their uber quads.

Congrats, that's a real fire breather you've got there. Best of breed.

F in hell!! Wow... I'd love to try one.... Bognor are THE only amp I'd even consider dropping my Cornfords for. GearJonser will know about the cabs I think... he's Bognor monster!!!! Nice one bud.

Welcome to the Bogner club! My Shiva EL-34 w/ Reverb has been rocking me for the past 2+ years. If you like the sound of a Bogner, you'll find that most amps just don't sound all that impressive anymore.
