5 Way Super Switch Wiring Question for Hum/Hum/Peizo Configuration

I was wondering if anybody out there that understands the super or mega 5 way switches would know how to do one of these configs.

I was wondering about
1. Neck
2. Neck and Bridge
3. Bridge
4. Neck and Peizo
5. Piezo

I have really been itching to get some graph tech ghost saddles and add them to my rhythem guitar lately.

So I went back and looked at DiMarzio's super switch wiring diagram for Steve Vai's setup as well as a couple of articles and I think this might be what I am looking for. Anybody want to chime in with their thoughts?

If the piezo is wired direct to the output, and you switch it "on" by grounding it, then that's exactly correct.

So should I attach the piezo bridge to the same row as the bridge pickup?

Well, if it was me, I'd permanently ground the "ground" lead of the piezo. Run the piezo "hot" wire to where that diagram shows. Then take the connection that's labeled "ground", (in the lower left quadrant), and connect it to the "to volume pot" lug.

I guess I should have put more detail into that image, but the "From Piezo Pickup" was going to be the lead then the Piezo's ground connection was going to go straight to the volume pot. I thought that switch itself had to be grounded because of the Steve Vai wiring diagram.

One thing that I really like about the PRS/Baggs system is that it allows for blending Piezo and magnetic pickup tones. I actually purchased the Graph Tech set but havene't decided which guitar to put them in since all of my current guitars (except the baritone) have tremolos.

I hope your installation turn out well!

Do you have a link to the Vai wiring? I'm not sure I understand whats going on here.
