8185 soundclips

Fucing hails guys
here´s some(cuted) clips of my Recent installed emg 81 bridge and 85 Neck
i think the 81 is lacking a bit of output and on the the high E and B strings. don´t know.
and the Highs and High mids are a little Thin.
I loved the 85 in the neck , i´ll swap the pickups and see the results
PLUS, the 3 way blade switch is inverted. i´ll fiz that LATER.

81 sounds much bigger if you raise it really close to the strings but I prefer mine quite a bit lower for cool oldschool crunch. I think it also works slightly better when layering than the 85- but I still like the 85 a lot better as a whole.

do you think that, BY hearing my soundclips, my wiring installatin is ok?
is that th ereal sound f the emgs?

the overal sound is a little ICEPICKY due to the direct in teh soundcard recording.

Not bad at all dude. Maybe you could hit record and turn your screen off or something cos there's some bad ass feedback at the start.

I don't like the tone of EMGs running into most distortion pedals....I find they sound better running into a tube amp....
