Do seymour duncan actives have quick connect like emgs so I could just swap them.

The new Black Outs do...so you can easily swap them into a guitar that currently has EMGs. The wiring provided with the BO PuPs themselves provide no quick connect wiring. I think the idea was that if you had an EMG guitar you try out the SD PuPs really easy...where as if you didn't have EMG's...you'd have to "hardwire" the BO's into the guitar...and then there's less of a chance you'll remove them. Its called marketing...

A soldering iron is not hard to use and it is a good practice to know how to use one to fix your guitar when it needs to be fixed. Dont be afraid of the soldering iron my friend. :clap:
