I'm glad to hear from another satisfied Orange amp user. I've been diggin' my Orange AD15 more and more these days. It sounds great with my Teles, Bad Bob Booster, and Fulldrive 2. Of course, it sounds good with my Strats and Gibbys, too, but man those Teles sound so fat and good through it. It makes a nice A/B-Y mate with my vintage Fenders, too. All this and more at a price you can afford. :dance:

I forgot to mention in my 1st post that the Speaker cab is a 1970's Orange 4x12 cab with (I believe) 2 Celestion Greenback and 2 McKenzie speakers.

Guitars were my Gibson LP Standard with Seth Lovers and my Fender Strat plus with Seymour Duncan Antiquity Texas Hot pickups.

I just found my perfect amp, My roland Cube 60, ive never heard ANYTHING better ever. Not even the monster 12ft tall marshal they have at my guitar shop.

mephis, just because it is big doesn't mean it will sound good. I prefer smaller amps myself.

it did sound good, just i love rolands sound, the 10watt micro cube even sounds good.

Yeah , thanks alot Craig. :smack: I've been checking 'em out online. More specifically the AD30TC head & 2x12 w/Celestion V30s. I've PMd fatty and he's gonna give me a review on his when he gets a break from exams. I also noticed you over on the Orange board, Craig. Have you heard the clips that dude did with his AD30? Sounded pretty sweet to me. Oh man, I gotta go get me some Pepto, this GAS is killin' me. :burnout:

One of the best sounds I've ever heard coming from an amp was from Vaux playing through Oranges. HUGE!!!

Hey Craig,

No, I'm not a member over there, (yet). I was just checking it out to see if I could get a little insider info. Peeps seemed to be pretty cool & respectful and I did manage to find those clips of the AD30TC that I mentioned earlier.
I must admit that the GAS is growing and I might explode if I don't do something. I really picked up my practicing since I heard those clips, I guess I'm trying to justify the expense. Hmmm.... I don't have a British voiced amp Hmmm.... I love the blues & classic rock Hmmm... This is killing me :smack: I gotta go jam know :burnout:
