Try everything, and get what sounds the best...then worry about whether you can move it easily or not
I just like the idea of heads because of how you can mix and match....heck i use my heads through the black shadow (or black widow for those who saw that funny ebay auction) single 12" speaker in my mesa combo...so im running a head into a combo, then ive got a backup amp with me all the time...HA!
