I'm not sure what to make of this. The whole thing screams Chibson from the Epiphone bridge to the headstock. Isn't sale of these things illegal in the US?

I asked the seller out of curiousity if he had the guitar. He responded by telling me he took it to guitar center and found out it was fake. Apparently he's changing the ad.
