I'm trying to wire my Shecter up series/parallel, with phase reversal. I'm using two volumes with push/pulls and a tone with a push/pull and a 3-way blade switch. I've wired it up following SD diagrams:

I'm reversing the phase on the bridge pickup. The neck pickup works but has a really bad hum that gets worse when a grounded part of the guitar is touched (strings any electronics). The bridge pickup only works with the push/pull on the tone pot up, and sounds the same with the 3-way in bridge or bridge and neck, plus also has the hum. I've checked stuff over ten times and can't figure it out. The only thing different than the diagram is that I am using shielded wire so I have the shielding grounded. Could this be what's affecting it, maybe I have it grounded in the wrong spots and this is affecting the phase switching? Or is there something else that I could be screwing up? I'm at a loss and have worked on it for quite a few hours straight so I thought it's time to ask for help. Thanks.
