Hello everyone.
I have been digging information of any kind in this forum for a long time and in this particular obstacle seems that nobody can help me. So, I've become an official member of this wonderful community now to be able to ask you for your kind help.
I've got an unbranded strat I want to hot-rod with a humbucker on the bridge position. So far, so good. I bought a generic 4-conductor rail humbucker (single sized) and the Megaswitch (the E version) to help me towards my goal. Which is to have the humbucker split at positions 2 (inner coil bridge and middle sc in parallel and hum-cancelling) and 3 (outer coil bridge and neck sc in parallel and hum-cancelling) of the switch and when in position 1 (bridge only in series) to be able to switch between series/parallel with a push/pull pot.
Now, the first part concerning splitting is perfectly doable, I have studied the schematics and have figured that one out. The series/parallel switching though, I can't figure out. How can the DPDT switch be wired, so that I achieve this variability? Please mind that I'm going with a master volume/master tone configuration and I reaaaaally don't want to use another switch. Can it be done, and if yes, how?
Thanks everyone again for the really resourceful and helpful community you have established here and for any future information.
Take care and good day!
