I don't think that will work the way you want. (Or at least, not without modifications.)
They refer to the middle position being "switched in parallel", but they show both in series. Perhaps they mean pickups in series, then both in parallel. Their wording is confusing.
Also, I'm pretty sure the Lil 59's will both be NS or SN. They won't be opposite, so you'd have to reconfigure how you'd wire them to keep all positions hum-cancelling.
In other words, you won't have NS-S-SN or SN-N-NS.
