Any picks similar to Jim Dunlop Jazz 3, but also with a decent grip?

I like the Jim Dunlop Jazz 3. I like tha shape, the rounded and pinched tip and that they're small. But I just can't stand the grip!!! They're made of delrin and it's basicly impossible for me to play with them, they slip out of my hand after just 30 sek of playing. Only one other pick have I experienced this with and it's the Stylus Pick. Yep, that's also made of delrin.

So does anybody know about picks similar to Jazz 3, but with a decent grip too?

I think those are made in Tortex as well. After starting out with nylons and having grip issues, i switched to Tortex, and i find it is a much grippier plastic.
