I have both.
6105's, at least the stainless ones on my Warmoth neck, are very pyramid shaped, and, at least to me, uncomfortable due to the sharpness of the crown. It does lead to better intonation though.
I have 6000 frets on my Malmsteen guitar with a scalloped fingerboard. I think new Charvels use 6000's. I like them the best- they're huge railroad ties, add sustain, and you can crown them any way you like.
Comparin 6105's to 6000's, there's not a big difference in height, but a huge different in their width. I feel stainless 6105's are like playing rows of razor blades.
