Anyone have recent experience with Panama amps?

I have seen in the past they has some QC issues and poor customer service. But seem be be mostly sorted out as of now. I have a killer deal to buy direct from them and it's a pretty hard deal to pass up. I've played a couple of their smaller heads and I have been pretty pleased with them. I'm looking at the inferno 100 with matching 4x12 loaded with v30s.

Head usually sells for $1495. And the deal I have offered to me is $1400 for head and cab free shipping.

They use knockoff speakers so the cab is probably worth next-to-nothing

I see that now. I would almost rather them send an empty cab as it is plywood and not MDF

Well hopefully I will report back with some good news in the next week or so. I pulled the trigger in the inferno 100. Just bought the head. Maybe later on I'll buy the matching cab and put some v30s in it.

Well I got my money back. Going to be 3 months before I would get the amp. I will wait until they have them in stock before I tie up $1k in a waiting game.

Me too. It's not totally off the table but I dont have enough patience to have that much money tied up for that long.
