Heya Artie, looks like Fralin updated the schematic on their site. I wrote them to ask them about that yellow wire, which to states should have a connection to that second lug on the left side. You sure about that?

It can be done both ways. If you solder that connection, then the blend pot works when you've selected neck only. If you leave that connection unsoldered, then the blend pot works with the 3-way in the middle. That's probably what they intended, and therefore, is correct.

And what about the bridge position? I don't need the blender in the middle position, just in the neck & bridge positions, as designed. I spoke to Fralin today & they realized the error & it should be soldered.

The thing is, there's more than one way to connect a blend pot. It depends on how you want to use it. To keep it simple, though, I'd just go ahead and solder that other lug. (I actually told them that in our first conversation and email.) Just remember, it's important to use a no-load pot, or you will always have some bleed through of one pup to the other.
