Bad Cat speaker cabs.

Been looking to downsize from my Marshall 4x12 (too big to cart around in my car). I've got an opportunity to snap up a used Bad Cat 2x12. Its equipped with two Bad Cat modified Celestion speakers and is open backed. I could find bugger all info on their website. Looks the same as this one:

I'm going to be checking it out tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone here has experience with BC cabinets at all. How do their cabs compare to other high-end 2x12s such as Bogner or Orange (which I'm also strongly considering)?

I'm not sure about the open back configuration but I'm also keeping an open mind.

ive played thru a badcat 2x12 rig at a jam and i thought it sounded great, but dont know much more about em than that other than i think they look cool
