B BillyO New member Jun 2, 2015 #1 I have a fender Prosonic head, I found that when I plug into a 16 ohm cabinet I get a high pitched squeal. When I switch to a 4 ohm cabinet no squeal. I did switch the ohm switch on the back of the amp to match the cabinet. Bad output transformer?
