Even though the thread is about Ibanez and Jackson guitars, I feel everyone should click on that link. Those are some seriously nice looking guitars, and I've never heard of them until now.

I love the Ibanez JTK2 - a huge fan of them, and i want one real soon, but hardly a guitar that shreaders will go for !

The best looking, and most expensive Ibanez i have ever tested in my local shop is this one :

If i ever got myself into a metal band (can't see that ever to happen, but lets keep an open minde here) and i could not afford my fav metal guitar brand, *BLACKMACHINE, i would go for the S2170SE, or a high end Parker !

1. by far -Ibanez 540r radius--before the Satriani models. I miss that guitar.

2. -UV777-only played it in a shop once.
3. -USA Rhoads pro-bandmate owned it.
4. -japanese Dinky reverse. was my primary guitar for over 10 years.
5. -my cheap Ibby RG321mh. a bit of fret polish+duncans turned it into a monster.

I had one as well and it is amazing what a good set up and decent pups do for that guitar.
