Billy Bo Crash N Burn Salvage Build

Re: Billy Bo Crash N Burn Salvage Build

Me too; love me some maple board for looks, tone and feel. This one's got a thicker back shape (Texas Blues Contour per USACG Site) than the USACG on the Iceman (Soft V Back Shape) or the Warmoth (Standard Thin I think) on the Strat Deluxe. Will be smoothing out the headstock finish a bit to both take care of a run and get a smoother finish but may require a coat or two of Clear Gloss Lacquer. Frets are good with the slightest bit of shadowing, little wear starting to show on the fretboard, Grover Tuners, top mount Nut. Cant' complain for $100.00 Shipped w/Hardware.

Decided to redo the headstock finish as it was minimal and rough...basically one shot of lacquer over the decals...no buffing, no sanding...then the tuners were mounted before it was dried/cured. I'll at least smooth out the rough spots/runs and get an even gloss finish over it.
