I'm thinking about picking up either an AD15T or a AD50T used and trying that mod on it. Zip tie a $29 Behringer EQ pedal to the amp somewhere and voila! Instant portable tone machine. It would be even better if you could find a 9 volt power section to draw current from somewhere inside the amp. The BBQ grill amps aren't sterile or cold if you EQ them right and give them the right speaker. Of course, the AD15T probably is hard to find a speaker for. Thing is, it's not all that portable for a 15 watt amp if yaknowwhatImean... For the size it is, the AD50T packs more whallop into a not much larger package.
