There really aren't enough photos here to tell.
I need a shot of the pickup route and the neck tenon, and that allows a look at what the maple top looks like.
But yes, apart from the goofy burst on the back (which is a real WTH item), the choice of pickups also indicates that this is more of a intermediate shot at a vintage LP than a serious clone.
It also has fret-over binding frets which isn't a real historical item either and I'm not sure I'd pick a relic job on the back of the neck.
That's not to say it's not a $1600 guitar. The execution of the burst (as in the paint) and the choice of an interesting flame maple piece of wood are good signs. This might be a killer axe on it's own.
