can Seymour duncan hot rail bridge be paired with stk s6 in middle and stk s7 in neck

Re: can Seymour duncan hot rail bridge be paired with stk s6 in middle and stk s7 in

Hi Greg,I have checked some reviews of s7 in the bridge ,they sound a bit less powerful than s6.... One thing is sure than stk s4 would be there in the middle. That's cent percent decided. Just help me choosing the rt bridge and neck if my selection of stk s6b stk S4m and stk s7 would not sound that great or well balanced. ..Don't have any idea about s10 ...Will check now.

I just checked hot rail in bridge ,it's humbuckers but still retains the sound of fender. If I had to go with hot rail in the bridge then plz suggest some noiseless single coil for middle and neck.

I don't think the Hot Rails retains the sound of a Stratocaster whatsoever, but if I were going to combine noiseless stacks with one I would put a pair of S6s in the neck and middle. An S9 in the middle with an S6 in the neck might be more even from position to position, but you'd probably have to lower the S9. You could also go with an S6 in the middle and an S4b in the neck. I have yet to be impressed with the sound of a split rail, so I wouldn't bother.

I went back and had a listen to clips of the S7 in the neck and take back the concern I raised regarding its BMT figures on the product page.
