Re: CC or C5 in a 335 Semi?
Thanks much guys. I think I will go ahead with it and either buy or make the CC from a Custom I have now. Not that it should matter but the guitar in question isn;t exaclt a 335 but an Epi Dot.
Blues junkie, yeah I was initially thinking the c5 might be a good idea for the bridge, but then again why would I need that hot a bridge in a semi, when solid bodies are more suited for high gain.
For the most part my Dot is for cleaner jazz stuff with an edge for the bridge for some grit. The grit can be accomplished ok now with 59's, so it wasn't a plan to make this into a screamer with an Invader or Dimebucker or some mismatched/ridiculous pickup for this guitar.
