Charvel dragon custom. material finish done by me finished in acrylic lacquer

Gfs trem/brassblock
purple dimarzio super3 bridge and protrack neck
gotoh pegs
2x push pull/ 1 vol 1 tone coil tap/ 3way switch

I just finished wiring the thing up and am in the process of setting it up. I just notice one of the strings isn't even resting in the nut haha, Oh well you get the idea. I think i will be ditching this neck and going to a cbs fender style reverse headstock as i never have much luck with angled headstocks and vintage tremolos.

How you diggin' that GFS brass block? Does it compare to the more expensive ones out there?

I had it all tuned up yesterday and it seemed good. But like i said angled headstocks and vintage trems are a bit of a disaster imo. I will see how it goes. As for the quality it seems good for the price that's for sure.

And for anyone who cares this is the shirt i used for the artwork. It was a big job getting it to stretch over the sides.

Thanks man but i think i will just look at another neck in the future, Ive had it with this one now. I actually had to redo the whole clear finish because it got damages from a oily rag being left on it. Plus man i love vintage tremolos.

I have to comment otherwise I'll get in trouble ;).

Really fab, and I agree that a reverse Strat neck is the way to go. Good going in sticking your neck out and putting a vintage trem on it.

This guitar demands that nothing short of epic riffage is played on it.

Now you have to update your sig pic :).

This may be the first time I've seen a T Shirt stretched over a guitar and lacquered. How did you get the material glued down.....especially on the sides and neck pocket?

I used wood glue. The hard part on this was getting the image to run off the sides.
