A well-known guy named Jay who got busted selling fake prepros. Long history on the USA Charvel site.
Some guitars were parts guitars he had Grover sign recently and then advertised them as vintage Grover builds.
Not to distract from the cool and very old Charvel. I believe most if not all of the guitar is legit, but I would be very skeptical of its history.

And the reason it's so expensive is that it has old pots, outdated hardware, a very cheap finish job, an old pup, and it is being sold by someone who doesn't care about literacy.
If this was indeed legit, I would expect that for $10,000 he ought to at least have someone who is familiar with English actually write the ad.
