Thanx for all the new replies.

TO, after buying this Orange I have no room for a Dr Z or a Kendrick so you can save your breath!

I've got a 1970's orange cab and if the amp sounds anywhere near as good as the cab does, it should be awesome

I'm getting the amp at 11am tomorrow morning ,so I'll report back when I know more aout it

I looked at Orange amps on my tone search and they looked pretty cool. Have fun with it!

I must say congrats and great score!!!! I have a buddy thats interested in Orange amps and I am wondering whats the deal with them? What kind of sounds are they good at?
I noticed Black Sabbath playing them on an old Iron Man music video. Can they do metal or hard rock?

To be honest, I'm not too sure what 'their' sound is.

I know Marshall's are (generally) known for Rock and Fenders for Blues etc, but I'm not entirely sure what sound Orange are known for.

I don't think they're super hi-gain amps, but I could be wrong. I hear of them being used for alot of different styles of music, so I don't really know how to answer your question really
