you should look into crate v32 palomino or traynor 15 blue (new limited edition 15watt baby sister of 50 blue that has el84's)

The clean channel of a Boogie F-30 is very clean and it is about the loudest 2XEL84 amp I've played.

+2 - Very cool amp, very tasty clean that can be pushed from almost jangly to gritty.

The Mesa Lonestar has a great clean on it too, and a great drive channel, and...well, its got a lot of cool things going for it

My classic 50 stops being clean about the time I get enough volume to hear.

Unless you're talking about a gritty/sparkling clean.
