It may be another example of Agile getting a bit ambitious with their pricing (though only a little) but it's still a tempting guitar:

If I could try that guitar out and it felt like a higher end guitar, I would buy that in a second. Love the looks, color scheme... everything ; )

I looked on Rondo and its only $299. If it felt halfway decent that would be a sweet deal.

Psychologically, there's a fair distance between the $230 of the 2500 and the $300 of this one. But yeah, it's not bad.

I miss my RK-500 too Gary and I have a RIC 360 12-string :saeek: . The 360 is quite a bit harder to play and it is making me a better player, but the RK was one of the best rythym guitars (especially open chords) I have ever played. I like the look of the new Agile guitar and I want one badly :32: .
My friend who bought the RK has it up for sale, he suffers from severe pain in his hands from most guitars he trys, the RK is included. Perhaps I should buy it back?????

I like the pickguard, actually. But I've got no prblem with tortoise. On black, I actualy prefer it to most other options. On this color it still works, I think. Aesthetially, there's nothing about this one that I'd feel the need to mod.
There is one other color option, though, that I didn't notice when I first posted the thread:
I don't care for it as much. Just not a very good burst, imo.

A 3-ply white Pearloid pickguard would be cool...doubt anyone sells stock replacements.
