Could I Get Some Help With Wiring for an MIJ RG20051?

I've got a pretty cool ax from the Fujigen factory in Japan, and thought I might do my 3rd overhaul on the wiring scheme. I think I've got it down pat now. I've got a SD Pearly Gates in the neck, a Classic Stack in the middle, and I've got a 4 conductor SD '78 in the bridge (the magnet was put in at opposite polarity as per my request so it would work with the other pickups I had in the RG).

What I'm looking for is this, with all positions noiseless:

Master volume and master tone

5-Neck humbucker
4-Neck humbucker and middle out of phase*
3-Neck split to screw and bridge split to studs in parallel and out of phase
2-Bridge humbucker and middle out of phase
1-Bridge humbucker

*This is not a mistake, I want these two pickups electrically out of phase. Position 3 already has the two pickups magnetically out of phase, and if I short the red and white to ground it will split both pickups to the proper coil.

I know this is a tall order, but I have seen you guys do quite a bit with tricky wiring ideas, and I'd love your help.

I can’t help with the wiring but your pickup choices sound amazing.
I’d love to hear a short sound clip when you’ve finished the project if you’ve got time?

Thank you. I picked the humbuckers because they have that vintage PAF vibe that everyone is going after mixed in with just the right amount of grit and muscle. The Classic Stack has an excellent scoopy tone that's perfect for funk and cleans. My 3rd position makes for an excellent lead tone and 2 and 4 with humbuckers and a single that are polar opposites lead to more bell/quack than a normal Strat, but isn't too thin or bright.

It's a great setup, I just haven't been able to get all 5 tones on the switch at the same time.

Just be patient. There are a bunch of guys here that are amazing with this stuff.
They will be along anytime now.

I think this should do it. This was somewhat quik-'n-dirty because my dog isn't feeling well, and laying in my lap, so I couldn't get up to use my desktop, where I normally draw these. This will require a Superswitch.
(She weighs 75 lb's.) ;)

Maybe someone can double check this.

Thank you. One other thing that just popped into my mind however, would it be possible to use a variable resistor to be able to dial in exactly how much of the middle pickup is in the 2 and 4 positions? It would be a set and forget type thing, so would I just put the resistor on the "middle ground" lug?

And I get what you're saying about the dog, I had a pretty big pitbull for a while that thought that it was a lapdog.

It's even easier than that. Be sure to note that your middle pup is always reverse polarity, so it's the "ground" wire of the middle pup that's connected to the switch. So just connect your pot between the middle "hot" wire and ground. Since the pickup generates an AC signal, it doesn't matter which end of the pup it's on.
