I've got a pretty cool ax from the Fujigen factory in Japan, and thought I might do my 3rd overhaul on the wiring scheme. I think I've got it down pat now. I've got a SD Pearly Gates in the neck, a Classic Stack in the middle, and I've got a 4 conductor SD '78 in the bridge (the magnet was put in at opposite polarity as per my request so it would work with the other pickups I had in the RG).
What I'm looking for is this, with all positions noiseless:
Master volume and master tone
5-Neck humbucker
4-Neck humbucker and middle out of phase*
3-Neck split to screw and bridge split to studs in parallel and out of phase
2-Bridge humbucker and middle out of phase
1-Bridge humbucker
*This is not a mistake, I want these two pickups electrically out of phase. Position 3 already has the two pickups magnetically out of phase, and if I short the red and white to ground it will split both pickups to the proper coil.
I know this is a tall order, but I have seen you guys do quite a bit with tricky wiring ideas, and I'd love your help.
